Strudla so marmelad i mah.//Strudla are jams and moss.




Strudla so marmelad i mah,navistina vkusna domasna testenina.So interesna forma,i meka kako pamuk.I mozam da kazam retko moze da se odolee na izgledot i vkusot i da ne posaka da ja proba.


Sostojki:
-500g brasno t-400
-1 jajce
-20g kvasec
-50g secer
-malku sol
-1 fildjan maslo
-i mleko i voda po polovina po potreba
Za fil:
-mesan marmelad od slivi i jabolko
-mah
-za odozgora cokoladni troski
-3 lazici secer vo prav

Podgotovka:
Brasno se stava vo sad za mesenje,se stava kvasec,sol,i secer i se zamesuva so malku mleko so lazica.
Se ostavi da stasa,i posle se dodava jajce,maslo i mleko( ili voda) po potreba.
Se mesi podolgo da se dobie homogeno testo koe lesno ce moze da se oformuva.
Se pokriva so krpa i ostava na toplo da kisne do 1h.
Gotovo testo se vadi na nabrasneta povrsina i se suka pogolema kora.
Korata se macka so marmelada i se nasoluva mah niz celata povrsina.



Rasukana kora se sece na dva dela,sekoj posebno se vitka i kraevi se spojuvaat so prsti da ne izleguva fil.



Rolni se zemat so race i se formira pletenka,i se stava vo kalap za kuglof da se pece.A kalap treba da e namazan so maslo i nasolen so brasno.

Gotova pletena strudla se pece 30 min na 180-200C.Pred pecenje se soli so vo mah,i so cokoladni troski ako imate-ne e zadolzitelno.
Ispecena pletena strudla se soli so secer vo prav i sluzi,kako vkusno slatko pecivo za dorucek-breakfast.

STRUDLA WITH JAM AND MOSS.


Strudla with jam and moss, delicious homemade dough.Nice the appearance, soft and it can be said that no one would resist the taste and smell of this delicious strudels with poppy and marmalade.


Components:

-500g of flour-t-400
-1 egg
-20g fresh yeast
-50g sugar
