Angliski keksi.//English cracker.


Angliski keksi e moj desert,so integralni zitarki.Barav vo moja arhiva od recepti,sto interesno i lesno da pravam za desert.A koga go najdov ovoj star recept,skoro da bese i skinat si rekov ovaa e toa sto go baram.I kako za prv pat gi pravam ovie kolacinja, ama super se kolacinja.Grckavi,mirisni i vkusni.
Ne treba da ste golem majstor vo kujna za da gi napravite.


Sostojki:
-225g psenicno integralno brasno( od celo zrno)
-50g ovesni snegulki
-50g corn flakes-pcenkarni snegulki
-100g kafeav secer
-1 vanilin secer
-1 jajce
-1 zolcka-zumance
-125g puter ili margarin-koristev margarin
-20g mesano,seme od susam,corn flakes,i ovesni snegulki
-malku prasok za pecivo



Podgotovka:
Vo sad na toplo se rastopuva margarin,vo drug sad za mesenje se istura margarin,se dodava jajce,i secer so lazica se mesat sostojki.
Se dodavat i brasna po red,psenicno brasno,ovesni snegulki,pcenkarni snegulki,se dodava i malku pecivo.
Se zamesuva testo i se ostava malku da odstoi.Potoa se rasukuva kora debelina polovina cm.
Se secat pravoagolnici i se redat na hartija za pecenje vo tepsija.



Zolcka se mati so malku maslo i so nea se premackuvaat site kolaci.
Na site se stava po malku vrz zolcka od zitarici.na nekoi se stava od ovesni snegulki,na nekoi se stava susam,a na nekoi corn flakes.
Pecka se zagreva na 200C i se stavaat kolaci da se pecat na namaleno na 180C.
Kolaci pecete gi samo 15-20 min stom se zacrvenat.



Se posluzuvat kako dneven zdrav desert,secer mozete da ja smlite kolicina.
Mene licno mi se mnogu blagi,mozete da stavite 70-80g secer.

Recipe in English:

English cracker.



English cracker is my proposal for delicious cookies with cereals, very tasty homemade cakes.Made of integrated grains.No need to be a great hostess to them made.Easy and fast, true, but excellent taste.

Required:

-225g wheat flour
-50g oats
-50g corn flakes (corn flakes)
-100g sugar
-1 egg
-120g butter-margarine
-1 yolk on top
-20g of snow flakes + corn flakes and sesame seeds.
-little baking powder
-1 vanilla sugar

Preparation:

In a bowl, put it to melt butter, then pour it into another container for mixing.

Add the egg and sugar and spoon muti ingredients, add the integral wheat flour,snow flakes and corn flakes, add sugar and vanilla and baking powder.

Knead the dough and leave to rest for a bit, then rolling pin develop a crust thickness of half a cm.

Cut stangle, reared in a pan lined with baker paper.Yolk add a little oil, and it coated cookies.

At each cake to put a little of all grains, all diverse.At some place snow snowflakes, some sesame seeds, and put on some corn flakes.

Heat the oven to 200C and place the cake baked at 180C. the cookies for 15 to 20 min.

Bake until golden, and the servant as a daily dessert with coffee.

Sugar can put less to taste, at 70-80g.
