Cokoladni sladoled.//Chocolate ice cream.


Cokoladni sladoled,desert kako moja kombinacija na nekolku vkusovi, so inspiracija od net.No ovaa e navistina interesna i vkusna kombinacija.

Jas sladoled go napraviv po svoja kombinacija,i so mojata vnuka jadevme kremast vkusen domasen sladoled.I eve recept vi go preporacuvam da go probate i vie..:)

Sostojki:
-200ml slatka pavlaka
-50ml domasen jogurt-ili grcki-kefir
-200g cokolada za jelo
-100ml slatka pavlaka za topenje na cokolada
-1 lazica livadski domasen med
-3 lazici margarin za namaz na leb (a mozete da stavite i puter)
-dekoracija so rendana kocka cokolada,ili po zelba..sto imate ili sakate.

Podgotovka:



Prvin vo pomal sad isastopete 200g cokolada so 100ml slatka pavlaka.Mesajci neprestano na tivka temperatura, i pri kraj dodadete i 3 lazici margarin.




Povtorno se mesa ,no ne mora da se celosno isstopi margarin, moze da se samo delimicno soedinat so cokoladna masa.
A temperatura na masa da ne e visoka, da mozete so prst da proverite.okolu 34-35C.
Taka treba, da ne e zeska cokoladna smesa zatoa sto se dodava vo izmatena slatka pavlaka.( za da ne go namali volumenot na pena od slatka pavlaka)
Vo pogolem sad se mati so mikser 200ml ladna slatka pavlaka,se dodava vece spremena cokoladna smesa se soedinuvaat sostojkite se dodava 1 lazica med.



Se mati uste kratko so mikser i stava vo sada vo frizider da se izladi ubavo 4 h.



Potoa se sluzi vo casi za sladoled i dekorira po zelba.
Mnogu vkusen i kremast sladoled,na vnukata i se dopadja,i pak ce go pravime na nekoj drug nas nacin.
A vie dragi moji posetiteli..Ubav i vkusen desert i napravete go za vasite sakani...!
A sladoled najubavo so lazica za sladoled vadete topki,jas ne mozev da se snajdam na gosti bev pa so lazica formirav topki,a i nekoj sakase da go proba ...:)

Recipe in English:

Chocolate ice cream.

I wanted to make myself and grandchildren ice cream, chocolate, because it was her love.And I a little walks in the net found the recipe, but I made ice cream my love.I here to me to drop my chocolate ice cream.


Ingredients:

200ml cream
50ml homemade yogurt-kefir
200g dark chocolate
100ml cream to melt chocolate
1 tablespoon meadow between domestic
3 tbsp margarine for greasing the bread out of the box-or butter
Decorate with grated chocolate or cubes according to your will.

Preparation:

In smaller containers melt 200g dark chocolate, with 100 ml of fresh cream.Mixed the silent heat and add chocolate mixture when the joints and 3 tablespoons margarine. (As shown)
Extend mixed to dissolve margarine, but not completely, but partially to be united with the chocolate mass.

A temperature in the mass does not need to be high, but that you can also check your finger around 34-35C.

So it should be, because it will later merge with cream. (That I would not have slept foam of cream)

In larger bowl whisk with Meeker 200ml of cold cream and add more stored chocolate mixture.

Unify the ingredients with 1 tablespoon of local honey.
