BUT NA ITALIJANSKI I MOJ NACIN..vkusno domasno glavno jadenje.Jadenje so meso od but,so prilog od mesan zelencuk.
Za rucek i praznik posebno tradicionalno za Veligden ovaa jadenje e kako glavno jadenje prisutno na skoro sekoja trpeza.



Sostojki:
-but
-1 glavica kromid
-suv ruzmarin
-mesani zacini
-maslo
-100ml-casa belo vino
-sol,
-djumbir
-minced biber
-mesan zelencuk
-ukraseno jadenje so domati,i mlad luk
Podgotovka:
Meso se izmiva so voda,se stava vo tava za pecenje,se trie so site zacini,sol,biber,djumbir.Se dodavat i mesani zacini i suv ruzmarin.
So race se trije meso,da gi primi mirisi na zacini.( pozelno e i da odstoi meso so zacni nekoe vreme).
Se stava maslo vrz meso se dodava kromid isecen na rezanki,i se sipuva i belo vino.
Se pokriva so aluminijumska folija,i pece 1 cas i 30 min,se prevrtuva od dvete strani da se vcrvi mesoto.
Zacini isto se stavat vo tava so mesan zelencuk,se dodava i kaj niv, malku kromid,i sol,maslo i pola fildjan voda.
Se pokriva jadenje, i stava da se pece vo rerna 40 min.
Celo vreme jadenjata se pecat na 200C.
Gotovo meso se sluzi so prilog od zelencuk i sezonska salata.Vkusen zdrav domasen obrok.Moze da bide vas semeen rucek ili rucek za praznik.
