Mandjza so boranija grasok i svezi rebra.//Soup of beans with peas and fresh pork ribs


Mandja so boranija i grasok so svezi i rebra,vkusno glavno jadenje so svezo meso i zelencuk.
Jadenje koe ce vi dade energija za cel den,zdrava hrana od moja kujna.


Sostojki:
-300g svezi svinjski rebra
-200g boranija-zolta moze iz zelena
-200g grasok
-glavica kromid
-2-3 cesninja luk
-1 mal domat
-melen crn biber
-50 ml ili povece po vkus maslo
-1 lazica melen crven piper
-1 lazica brasno-ili pcenkarno brasno za bez gluten rucek.(togas nema zaprska)
-sol po vkus
-djumbir
-1 lazica vegeta ili suvi zacini
Podgotovka:
Vo pogolem lonec za gotvenje se naleva voda,meso se izmiva i se stava vo lonec,se dodava,boranija,grasok i kromid iscisten i isecen na parcinja.
Se dodava i cesninja luk,domati sol na pocetok na varenje.
Se vari na umerena temperatura,okolu 1 cas.
Se podgotvuva zaprska,so maslo i lazica brasno,se dodava melen crven piper i se dodava vo jadenje,se dodavat site zacini,djumbir,melen biber,vegeta.
Se ostava jdenje da se dovari uste 5 min da se soedinat sostojki i se sluzi tolo kako glavno jadenje,so sezonska salata.

Ingredients:
-300g fresh pork
-Yellow -200g beans or ELAN
-200g peas
-black onion 1 head
-2-3 price of garlic
-1 small tomato
-mleveni black pepper
-1 tablespoons flour-and corn flour for gluten free lunch.
