Podgotovka:
Se stava malku brasno,topla kisela voda sol i secer so kocka kvasec se mesi i ostava da kisne kratko vreme.
Potoa se dodava maslo,i ostanatata voda,se dodava i brasno,se mesi sredno tvrdo testo.
Se stava da kisne 1 cas na toplo mesto.
Gotovo stasano testo se vadi na navrasneta povrsina,se mesi kratko i se deli na povece mali parcenca.
Se namstuva mal del od rabotna povrsina i po dve parcenca so race se izdolzuvaat kako valjci.
Se zemat na kraevite i se plete pletenka.


Kraevite na pletenka se soboraat kon sredina i se spojuvaat co sreden del kako na slika kako pereci.
Se redat vo tava oblozena so hartija za pecenje.
Rerna se zagreva na 250C i koga se stavat da se pecat pereci se namaluva na 200C.
Se pecat 15 min na 200C.Pred pecenje treba da odstojat 15-20 min.
Mnogu vkusni i interesni testenini za praznici,posni slavi super,so dekorativen izgled.
