Svecena srce torta -recept i slika./Ceremonial heart Cake-recipe and pictures.


Prekrasna torta za svadbeni svecanosti veridbi ili bilo koja druga prilika.Dekoracija do shlag ,i nekolku nijansi na boja praska boja i zeleni detalji.Inspiracija da dekoracija.
A recept za ovaa torta ce sleduva.


Svecena srce torta vkusna domasna torta,moja kombinacija na vkusovi,so orevi,cokolada i suvo ovosje.za ovaa torta mene mi bea potrebni 4 kori.Se matat dve kori koi potoa se secat na dva dela.

Sostojki:
Za pandispani-kori:
-za prva kora temna:
-4 belki
-150g secer
-2 zolcki-zumanca
-5 lazici maslo
-5 lazici mleko
-6 lazici brasno
-1 lazice malo prasok za pecivo
-100g meleni i seckani orevi
-1 polna golema lazica kakao vo prav

-za bela kora:
-4 belki
-1 zolcka-zumance
-150g secer
-6 lazici brasno
-4 lazici maslo
-4 lazici mleko
-1 lazice prasok za pecivo
-100g sitno seckani orevi
-50g suvo grozje so rum izmesano ( iseckano sitno)

Za fil:
-1l mleko
-10 lazici gustin
-5 zolcki
-250g biljni margarin
-2 vanilin seceri
-300g kristalen secer
-200g crna cokolada za gotvenje
-200g slag pena za dekoracija i za vnatre vo filovi.
-150g meleni orevi za vo fil-beli

Podgotovka:
Za temen del se matat belki so secer,se dodavat zolcki,se mati uste kratko vreme i se dodava maslo,mleko,pecivo so brasno,kakao vo prav,i orevi.
Se izednacuvaat sostojkite i se isturat vo kalap,oblozen so hartija za pecenje so forma na srce da se pecat.
Se pece kora 15 min na 170C, se vadi da se ladi nastrana i se sece na dva dela.
Se pece i vtor pandispan,se matat belki so secer,se dodava zolcka povtorno se mati kratko,se dodava i mleko,maslo,brasno so pecivo ubavo soedineti,i orevi i suvo grozje so miris na rum.Se istura smesa vo ist kalap-srce,oblozen so hartija za pecenje i se pece kako i prva kora,se ladi i se sece na polovina.

Za fil: zolcki gi matime so mikser so secer,dodavame mleko i gustin-puding-po zelba.Se stava drugoto mleko da provrie,se sipuva smesa so zolcki i se vari gust fil.
Svaren fil se istava nastrana da se ladi,a potoa se mikser se soednuva so margarin i vanilin secer postepeno matejci,da dobiete penasta smesa.
Cokolada se omeknuva vo mikrobranova i se dodava vo 1/3 vo fil.Drugi dve tretini fil ostanuvaat beli,se dodavat 150g meleni orevi.Se mati 80g slag pena so 200ml ladno mleko gusto.
Se filuva torta:
Kora-bel fil,slag,kora-cokoladen fil,slag,kora-bel fil,slag,kora,celata torta se premackuva so malku od krem koj prehodno treba da ostavite za da imate ubava socna torta.
Osnatana kolicina slag se mati so mleko i se dekorira torta po zelba.Mojata e ukrasena so slag pena,i cvetovi so slag izraboteni, i secerni bomboni.
A za presek nema,da ima bidejci e kaj nevestata....:) ako nekoj saka mozam da vi pustam sledna torta slika,so skoro ist sostav so mala izmena. Toa e ovaa podolu.

Ceremonial heart cake recipe and pictures.


Components:
For the crust:
first dark crust:
-4 egg whites
-150g sugar
-2 egg yolks
-5 tablespoons of oil
-5 tablespoons milk
-6 tablespoons flour
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-100g walnuts Melvil
-1 heaped tablespoon higher cocoa powder

For white crust:
-4 egg whites
-1 yolks
-150g sugar
-6 tablespoons flour
-4 tablespoon oil
-4 tablespoons milk
-1 tablespoon baking powder small
-100g finely chopped walnuts
-50g raisins with rum (finely chopped)

For Filling:
-1 liter milk
-10 tablespoon-density at will puddings
-5 egg yolks
-250g vegetable margarine
-2 vanilla sugar
-300g granulated sugar
-200g dark chocolate for cooking
-200g whipped cream to decorate and fills in between
-150g ground walnuts on the white filling.

Preparation:
For the dark part whisk egg and sugar, add yolks whisk still short, and add, oil, milk, flour and baking powder, cocoa powder and nuts.
Unify the ingredients and pour into a mold lined with baking paper heart-shaped cake.Bake 15 minutes at 170C, remove the sides and the cooled crust cut in half.
Baked and another sheet as the first, whisk egg whites with sugar, add egg yolk, whisk again briefly, add oil, milk, flour and baking powder mixed, add the nuts, and raisins with rum.Add mixture into a mold coated in the same mold and bake the crust as the first and it also cut in half.
For the filling: whisk egg yolks with secr blender, add a little milk, and the density or puddings after volji.A put the rest of the milk to a boil, pour in hot milk mixture to the egg yolks and cook the filling in the usual nacin.Cooking fill cool and mixer unite with margarine and vanilla sugar, you get a nice mixture.

Whip whipped cream 80g with 200ml cold milk into a thick mixture.
