Cizkejk so jagode i cresa.//Strawberry cheesecake and cherries


Cizkejk torta e moj segasen recept,za desert koj go podgotviv so jagode,i cresi.Vkusna i interesena,moja prva cizkejk torta.Prva i vednas na You Tube.
Mene mi se dopadja vkusna e kremasta so miris na ovosje sto go ima vo sebe.



Sostojki:za osnova
-120g margarin
-70g bela cokolada
-300g meleni biskviti
-50ml sok od limon
Za fil:
-500ml slatka pavlaka
-200g krem sirenje
-2 zelatina vo granuli
-50ml voda
-150g secer vo prav
Za glazura:
-100ml voda
-500g jagodi i cresi
-1 vrecicka preliv za torta
-10 lazici secer

Podgotovka:
Prvo se vari go ovosje so 100ml voda okolu 10 min so 10 lazici secer i ostava da se ladi.
Se podgotvuva osnova,se melat biskviti,vo drug sad se stava margarin so cokolada da se istopi.
I se dodava vo smesa so biskviti,se dodava i 50 ml sirup od limon.
Se soedinuvat sostojki i se stavat vo kalap so obrac.Prvo vo kalap stavete folija.
Se raspleskuva smesa so biskviti ubavo i ostava da se ladi.
Zelatin se naleva so 50 ml voda i posle na tivko se mesa da se istopi.
Za bel fil:
Se mati krem sirenje,i se soedinuva so istopen zelatin.
Slatka pavlaka se mati so secer vo prav i se mesa so krem sirenje.
Ovosje se cedi na cedalka ,i sok od nego go mesame so preliv za torta.Stavate vo mala sad da vrie okolu 3 min.
Stom ste podgotvile se, na osnova na torta nanesete go bel fil,i del od ovosje se stava vo fil.
A malku ostavete od ovosje za odozgor.
Vrz ovosje stavete preliv ,koj ne treba da bide celosno izladen.
ostavete podolgo da se ozladi a potoa posluzete ja so vasite domasni ili gosti.

Recipe in English:

Strawberry cheesecake and cherries.



Ingredients: For the base
-120g butter
-70g white chocolate
-300g ground biscuits
-50ml lemon juice

For the filling:
-500ml cream
-200g cream cheese
-2 gelatin powder
-50ml water
-150g sugar powder

For the glaze:
-100ml water
-500g strawberries and cherries
-1 bag overflow cake
-10 tablespoons sugar
Preparation:

Put washed fruits and cleaned the rice with water and boil 10 minutes sugar when remove the side to cool.

Put it to boil 3 minutes on the plate.
