CREAM CUBES WITH COCOA.


INGREDIENTS:FOR BARK

-1 kasika pecivo
-1 kasika soda bikarbona.
Meleko i cokolada istopete i potoa se dodava vo smesa od jajca izmateni so secer,se dodava i maslo i pavlaka.Za suvi sostojki se mesa brasno,kakao,i pecivo so soda bikarbona.Se soedinuvaat sostojkite zaedno i se pece kora vo tava oblozena so hartija za pecenje obim 23-35 cm. 30 min na 170C.

Podgotovka na krem.
-500ml mleko
-2 kasike belo brasno
-2 kasike pcenkarni skrob
-1 prasok za puding
-1/4 od casa secer
-2 vanilin secera ili moze i ekstrakt
-200g puter
Podgotovka:
Mleko 400ml se stava da provrie,a 100ml se mesa so secer,dvete brasna i prasok za puding.Se vari fil od navedenite sostojki,i se ostava nastrana da se izladi.
Vo izladen fil se dodava penasto izmaten puter so vanilin secer.
Za ovosen preliv:
-1 pakovka preliv od jagoda za torta
-2 kasike zelatin
-500g jagodi so sok svezi ili mrzli
200-250 ml voda
Jagodi se stavat vo lonec da provrijat,vo pola solja topla voda rastopi zelatin,i zele,ostavete na nabobri smesa.Potoa sipete ja smesa so zelatin i zele vo vrela smesa so jagodi.Dobro izmaesajte,i izblendirajte so mikser da se dobie ubava smesa.Izladete malku i nanaesete vrz puding smesa od torta.Stavete cela gotova torta da se stegne vo frizider i secete na kocki.Potoa posluzete gi.

Zelatin se otopuva so vrela voda i preliv isto taka zale se vmesuva so smesa od jagodi.Jegodi se stavat so malku voda od pola kolicina vo recept da provrijat se dodava zelatin rastopen Se trgnuva nastrana smesa,Se soedinuvat sostojki i posle se ladi smesa se miksira uste topla da ne ne se stvrdne.Se nanesuva na torta po cela povrsina.Stava vo frizider i ladi se sece na kocki i sluzi.( moj pomosnik malku gi pomesa rabotite I am :)....)
