KIFLICKI SO MELENI SEMKI OD TIKVA I MED-POSNI..//ROLLS WITH PUMPKIN SEEDS AND HONEY.


Kiflicki so meleni semki od tikva i med,edna mnogu vkusna kombinacija.Iskreno jas kako gurman i ljubitel na vkusni zalacinja uzivav.Meki ko pamuk i posebno vkusno i posni.Jas sakav posni kifli da si zamesam i onaka na pamet stvav po red, i posle gi merev, se razbira na vas da vi napisam recept.



Sostojki:
-600g brasno
-1 mala lazicka sol
-1 lazica mala tecen med
-70-100ml maslo
-topla voda po potreba
-1/2 kocka svez kvasec
-50g meleni na blender soleni semki od tikva
-seme susam i mah

Podgotovka:
Vo sad za mesenje se stava brasno,se dodava sol.i kvasec,se dodava i voda za da se istopi kvasec.
Se dodava i maslo,laczka med,i semki prvo se someluvat na blender i se dodaavat vo sad so brasno kaj drugite sostojki.
Se mesi sredno meko testo so dodavanje voda po potreba.Se pokriva so folija i ostava da kisne.
Potoa testo se vadi od sad za mesenje na rabotna povrsina,se mesi kratko testo, i deli na dva dela.
Sekoj del se suka potenko,i sece kako i za drugi kifli na povece delovi=12 dela.vk=24 kiflicki
Sekoj del se vitka vo rolna kako kifli i se redi vo tava oblozena so harija za pecenje.
Se premackuvat so malku voda i maslo izmesano,i se narosuvaat so mah i susam.
Se ostavat da postojat uste 20 min dodeka se zagree rerna.
Rerna se vklucuva na 250C a kifli posle stavanje vo rerna se pecat 15 min na 220C.
Mnogu vkusni posni i zdravi domasni kiflicki,mene licno mi se za 10-ka.A vie proverete me napravete gi i uzivajte..!

Rolls with pumpkin seeds and honey, to me personally I like combination.In the delicious gourmand, and a lover of good food I enjoyed eating this delicious kifle.Soft when cotton and lean.I also wanted them to Ames and subsequently adding all, and at the end of the criteria that you write recipe.I here's how it goes:
Components:
-600g flour
