SRCINJA BEZ GLUTEN SO MORKOVI-posna testenina,za lica sto se na dieta bez gluten mleko i jajca.Ovaa vkusno jadenje za pojadok.


Sostojki:( za 6 srcinja-mafincinja)
-2 casi belo brasno bez gluten
-pola casa pcenkasrno sitno brasno
-malku kvasec
-malku sol
-mlaka voda po potreba za sredno meko testo
-1 morkov rendan
-50 ml maslo
Podgotovka:
Vo sad za mesenje se mesat dvete vrasti na brasno,se stava sol i kvasec so malku voda,se rastopuva.
Se dodava pokasno maslo,i morkov izrendan.Se mesaat site sostojki ubavo da se soedinat.

Kalap vo forma na srcinja se namstuvat samo prostor za testo.I se zema od testo po malku se pritiska vo kalapi i se ostava da odstoi dodeka se zagree rerna.

Rerna se zagreva na 200C se stavat mafini i se pecat na 180C 20 min.
peceni se sluzat vednas vkusno no i posno jadenje-bread ili vrsta leb od kalapi.

Fasting test, intended for people on a diet as gluten and milk jaja.Ovo tasty dish is intended for breakfast.

Ingredients :( 6 muffins-heart)
-2 case Belg flour gluten
-half corn flour fine
-A little fresh yeast
-malko salt
-Vruća water on the need for medium-soft dough
-1 grated carrots
-50 ml of oil
Preparation:
