Tortici so cokoladna pena-mus vkusni domasni tortici,koji se moja kombinacija na testo so fil vo edna ednostvna forma,lesna za podgotovka no vkusna.


Sostojki:
Za ovaa mene mi bese potrebno prvo kora-pandispan za torta (gotov moze ili domasen napraven)..jas imav napraven.
Za cokoladna pena mus sostojki:
-250ml slatka pavlaka
-120g crna cokolada za gotvenje
-50g puter
-zele od ribizli-domasno
-sok od visnja ili bilo koja vrsta
-kokos

Podgotovka:
Od gotova kora ili pandispan so casa se vadat krugovi golemina po zelba,a od ostatok na kora-testo se pravat sitni bombici.
Vo pomal sad se stava pavlaka i cokolada da se istopi,no ne da zovrie.
Se stava vo frizider da se stegne ubavo,kalapi so trkalezna forma ili casi se oblagat so folija.
Se stava po eden krug kora vo casa,se prska so sok,
Prvo pena so cokolada se mati izladena ubavo so mikser, da postane penasta,i se stava vrz testa vo casi.
Se pokriva so drugo testo-krug,i ostava da se ladi dobro vo frizider.
Od cokoladna pena se ostava malku,i se dodava puter se mati i so taa smesa se stava vrz torticki po recept,no jas celata smesa ja staviv vo torticki vnatre.
Se stavat tortici so se casi da se stegnat vo frizider i koga ce se izvadat od kalap, se trkalat vo kokos odnadvor, toe e po licna zelba.
A za odozgora vrz torticki se mati slatka pavlaka i se ukrasuva so zele so ribizli.
Vkusni domasni kolaci-torticki,i ce imate 4-5 pogolemi kolaci ili povece so pomala forma.
