Mafini,moj post koj nastana neplanirano,no so potreba.Eden mal glas mi vika babo jas sakam mafini,moze da mi napravis?..I jas vo dilema,ne smee brasno so gluten da ima,ne smee belka,ne smee mleko,ni orevi,ni kikiriki..sto uste ne.No si rekov baba mnogu mi te saka i ce najde nacin za tebe da te vidi nasmean da napravi kombinacija .
I ne samo babin vnucko da e srecen tuku i mnogu drugi deca niz siot svet.A jas sum polna so sreca koga pocnav da baram na net..I recept so ovaa kombinacija ne najdov.No najdov inspiracija vo Minjina Kuhinjica,posni mafini.No jas trebase da gi napravam so brasno bez gluten.A za toa brasno se znae leplivo e.i so kombinacija na banana vnatre si rekov sto li moze da izleze.

SOSTOJKI:(for 15 muffins)
-1 sredno golema banana-zrela
-1 pomala rendana jabolka
-100 ml maslo za jadenje
-150g kristal secer
-150ml voda( vo koja staviv soda bikarbona)
-2 vanilin secer
-230g brasno bez gluten
-1 prasok za pecivo
-1 lazica kakao
-1 lazica brasno od pcenka
-3 lazici brasno od heljda
-1 lazica brasno od proso

Podgotovka:



Banana ja ispasirav so viluska,a jabolko go izlupiv i izrendav na pokrupno rende.
Gi izmesav jabolko i banana,im go dodadov secer,i vanila secer.
Potoa nastrana vo drug sad izmesav od site brasna so prasok za pecivo,i kakao.
Vo voda se dodava soda bikarbona okolu (kako na vrv na noz kolicina)
Vo sad so jabolko i banana se dodava voda i maslo,se promesuvat sostojki.
Postepeno se dodava i brasno so site drugi dodatoci vo brasno.

So mikser ili zica,kako jas sto matev se izmatuva ubavo masa so brasno za mafini-bez gluten jajce i mleko.
I vazno drugi brasna koga gi merite so lazica neka bide najpuna lazica.
Gotova smesa stavete ja da se pece vo hartieni korpici za mafini,napolnete gi so smesa celosno.
No pred toa sekoja korpica namazete ja so maslo.
Zagrejte rerna na pocetok na rabota na 200C a mafincinja pecete gi na 160C po potreba i namalete 20 min se dovolni i uste 5 min vo iskljucena rerna.



Mnogu se vkusni i se meki i mirisni,sto ne e karakteristika ove vrste kolaca.

-1 tablespoons cornstarch
