Tikvica so prilog od meleno meso kako pleskavica,e moj predlog za mladi majki za nivnite malecki, da zgotvat vkusen i zdrav rucek.
Mnogu lesno i brzo jadenje za 30 min vece e gotov i zdravo jadenje.(bez jajce,bez gluten,hrono)



Sostojki:(za 1 porcija)za pogolema porcija dodadete produkti.
-1 pogolem tikvica
-meleno meso-100g
-sol
-suvi zacini
-maslo
-magdonos
-polovina kromid
Sostojki:
1.Meleno meso se mesa so sol,zacini,i seckan kromid se mesat sostojki i pravete pleskavici po zelba jas malku napraviv za eden obrok.
za mali deca svezo zgotvena hrana e zdrava hrana i treba sekogas da imaat nov obrok.
2.Tikvica izmijte ja i isecete ja na krugovi,posolete i ostavete da se izleze visok na tecnost.
3.Vo namastena tava redete tikvicki i izmesajte gi da se posolat so sol i maslo.Dodadete i pleskavica.
4.Pokrijte so kapak i pecete jadenje vo rerna na 200C 30 min mozete da otvorite pred kraj da se zapece jadenje.
5.Gotovo jadenje posluzete na cinija uste toplo kako rucek,stavete seckan magdonos.

Zucchini with meat from melted as burger is my suggestion for young mothers to their little ones, to prepare children tasty and healthy lunch.
Easy and fast food for 30 minutes but it is almost health food. (Without egg, gluten, chrono)
Ingredients: (for 1 serving) for a larger portion add more products.
-1 large zucchini
-melted meat-100g
-salts
-dry spices
-oil
-parsley
half onion
Components:
1.Melted meat mixed with salt, spices and chopped onion, mix the ingredients and make patties to taste, I made a little bit just for one meal.
